Absolutely. We regularly support families relocating to the UK, including help with school registration, GP sign-up, area orientation, and finding family-appropriate accommodation. Our Relocation Package is specifically designed with families in mind.
We accept payment by secure card via Stripe, or by bank transfer (BACS) to our UK business account. Full payment is required before service commencement. You will receive a booking confirmation once payment is received.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before service commencement receive a full refund less a £25 admin fee. Cancellations 3–7 days before receive a 50% refund. Less than 3 days before — no refund except in exceptional circumstances. See our full Terms of Service for details.
